If you’re more in the mood for fun dining rather than fine dining, head upstairs to Gardel’s Bar where chefs and owners, Ben Milgate and Elvis Abrahanowicz, have created a more casual menu to curb your hunger. A daily selection of house cured meats and local and imported cheese will be available nightly, while plates of spanish white anchovies, house marinated olives and weekly specials, serve as the perfect match to many of our classic cocktails. We build our menu from a mix of classic & modern flavours, but our combinations are always changing, designed to be shared over drinks.
Gardel's has a strong focus on classic cocktails, made the way they were always meant to be, or try one of our house creations by our bar manager Mikey Nicolian. Our house creations are Inspired by great seasonal produce and are mixed with fine spirits. Be warned, you’ll want to try them all!
